Math: Today we reviewed Order of operations and practiced a few more times.
Family Meeting/social studies: Today we made a class constitution. This is to help us to understand the importance of the U.S. Constitution and to help us feel as if we have a say in the rules of our class.
I gave the class 20 minutes to finish their self-start books and had them turn them in.
Science: We practiced our heredity rap and then looked at some funny animals that have been morphed to show different specialized structures. We discussed how they would survive. For example, a dog and a bird would be able to smell good and eat meat but could also fly away from predators.
HW:
READ--finish self-chosen book by Wednesday.
Writing: Write 6 Diamante's (the one's wrote in class will count)
Math: Blue worksheet on order of operations.
Read Class constitution with parents and discuss the importance then sign it.
