Today we:
We have missed art for a while so we had some art time today. We talked about the element of texture. I showed them examples of how you can use pencil to create different textures on paper. Then, I had them make textured turkey's. These are hanging up outside our door if you would like to see them.
Math: We talked about how the decimal will move to the left when you divide or to the right when you multiply by numbers by 10, 100, 1000, 10,000 etc)
Science: With Mrs. Beach
Writing: We worked out our persuasive writing part of our advertisements.
HW: worksheet 4-9
I handed out the Electricity Test. I handed out the extra credit if they wanted to do that. That is due tomorrow.
Also, I meet with everyone and gave them a list of missing work that they were missing (if they didn't have missing work, I didn't meet with them).
Please turn in missing work by Monday and redo's by Tuesday.
Study for Spelling test tomorrow.
