AM/PM--Guided Reading Non fiction books.
1st grade program--soooo cute!!!!
Writing: Working on the rough draft of our introduction and 1st chapter.
Math: We took a quiz about bar graphs to check for understanding. Looks like everyone did well. Then, we talked about line graphs and how they have similar information that a bar graph would have but line graphs are usually associated with time (weeks, years, hours, days, etc).
Science: With Mrs. Despain
Social Studies: We finished up our group presentations. Today we discussed the California Gold Rush and the Oregon Trail. We also reviewed topics we learned yesterday and reviewed for a quiz we will have tommorrow.
HW:
REad---don't forget to record your minutes.
Writing: Write your 2nd chapter
Math: blue worksheet on reading and making line graphs.
Don't forget your maturation permission slips.
