I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service.
I acted and behold, service was joy.

Day 118

AM/PM -- Buddy reading/ Spelling #25

Writing: Review Limericks, then learned Free verse poems. Free verse is when you can use words in any way you want. We looked at some of Shel Silversteins poems that are shaped like a triangle, circle or have mixed up words.

Math: Quiz on in/out boxes, we also learned how to make our own in/out boxes and then learned how to chart these on a graph. We learned that in/out boxes help us to see the change over time.

Read Aloud--today we picked our new book "The Nickname game."

Science: With Mrs. Despain

Fun Friday

HW:
Read
Memorize your poem (reciting quiz on Tuesday)
Memorize the preamble of the Constitution. (Reciting on Wednesday)
Math: yellow paper on making tables and graphing them. (remember you need to have at least 4 numbers in your x box).

  1. Would it be alright for Delaney to do A track on Monday? She has a Dr. appt. and I don't want to have to pull her out early in the day if I don't have to. Thanks, Kat Bigler
