sorry that I haven't been keeping up with this blog. I got sick and got out of a routine.
Today
AM/PM--Reading to determine the importance of the text.
Writing: Limericks
Math: Continuing practicing in/out boxes we are now moving on to applying this to variables.
Music: Students got their recorders today.
Read Aloud: Today we finished Redwall
Science: Students went to their first day of "Chemical reactions" with Mrs. Despain. This is the last science unit before we take the CRTs.
Social Studies: Today we learned the Bill of Rights.
HW:
READ---don't forget to record your Peak reader's minutes.
Writing: Memorize your poem
Math: Blue worksheet on in/out boxes with variables. (be prepared for a quiz tomorrow)
Social Studies: Memorize the preamble of the Constitution.
