AM/PM--Buddy Reading, DRA, Spelling test
Writing: Debates. Today we did the topics "year round school" and "Video games are more helpful than hurtful.
Math: Today we reviewed surface area. I realized that the kids forgot or were not taught about the order of operations. Therefore they did not did not know how that they were supposed to multipy before they added in the formula for finding the surface area of a rectangular prism. So, we riped up the homework and started again. Sometimes you just have to do that.
We also took a quiz on the things that we learned in math this week. labeling Edges, vertices, faces, and looking at figures in different perspectives.
