I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service.
I acted and behold, service was joy.

March 23, 2011

Small group time: Just so you know, we are now doing spelling packets (one page a day) in class at the very beginning of this time. It's 5-10 minutes a day. I am hoping that this will solve the problem of packets getting turned in and improve spelling test scores.
The rest of this time was spent in the computer lab. Students learned how to search for information on the google website.

PE/Music: With Mrs. Leong

Math: Today we did a review for our test tomorrow on measuring solid objects. (chapter 10)

Social Studies: Students learned about Henry Clay and the Missouri Compromise and the Compromise of 1850.

Read from "Chains" and practiced our Cursive

HW:
NONE!!! Yep, you read right. The students earned a connect 5 reward and got a free night of no homework.
Enjoy it!
