What we did today:
We read with our 1st graders.
Talked about comprehension and did center activities.
Had our class meeting. We talked about Christmas traditions. We also had a discussion about being kind to others.
Writing: The students wrote responses to your letter. This will continue for a few more days.
Spelling Packet Week 13: Bonus words were Proportion and Deoxyribonucleic Acid!-)
Math: We checked HW and then discussed any questions about probability.
We also practiced our Christmas song (they will perform it on December 16th).
We also had an assembly today. The orchestra, choir, and Spanish-learning groups performed musical numbers for the school.

Writing: Getting parental response to letter.
P.S. Tomorrow is our Unit 5 Math test.
