PM-- chips and salsa party for getting the most reading minutes for March with a total of 521 mins.
Writing--Writing and outlining the layout of our non-fiction books.
Math: We discussed the various graphs that we have discussed so far. We practiced deciding which graph would be appropriate for each situation. There will be a quiz tomorrow.
Remember-->
Bar graphs show "solid" numbers, votes, scores or amounts.
Line graphs show trends over time.
Pie graph show percentages and parts of a whole amount.
Family Meeting: We had elections for class officers.

Writing: finish up your rough drafts so that we can edit tomorrow.
Math: Green w/s on finding the appropriate graph also get the information that you will need to make the graph for your non-fiction book tomorrow.
DON'T FORGET YOUR MARCH CALENDAR AND YOUR MATURATION PERMISSION SLIPS.
NOTE TO PARENTS: Tomorrow is maturation. It will start at 1pm. Girls will meet in the library and boys will meet in the gym. Parents you are welcome to come and sit with your child during this meeting. It should last about 1 hour.
