AM/PM--Buddy Reading, Centers, Guided Reading
Writing: Still working on our Essay contest on what our mothers mean to us.
Math: Today we learned that a triangle is half of a rectangle. So if the formula to find the area of a rectangle is length x width then the formula to find the area of a triangle is length x width divided by 2.
We also took a quiz on everything that we learned this week.
Social Studies: Today we took a test on our unit of the Revolutionary War. BTW, our play will be performed next Thursday the 26th at 1:20 in the cafeteria if any parents or family want to come and see it. I will try to record it so that I can put it on the blog. However, my video camera is not working to if anyone has one that I can borrow to record the play please let me know.
