Day 45

Am/PM-- We are starting our focus in reading: summarizing. We also were assigned books for our literacy circle readings.

Math: Fractions comparisons. We looked at fractions/decimals that were between 1 and 0. We were supposed to compare them and then put them on a numberline. For hw, students need to draw a picture of the decimal provided and then make it into a fraction and percentage.

Computers: typing practice and looked at videos about the westward expansion on trueflix.com

Class meeting: Congratulations to our new class officers for November.

Social Studies: We identified the 13 original colonies and labeled them as southern, middle, and New England colonies.

Enrichment: Students went with Mr. Schultz class and played kickball with Mr. Crandall.
