We also learned a song about counting by 3's so that we could multiply faster.
Computer: Typing skills. please remember to practice at home. 5th graders need to be typing 15 wpm. I put up a website on our blog to check you WPM.

Last Native American presentation
Science: Today we talked about how electricity is moving electrons. We talked about how lightning is created and we even looked at a nebula ball. We had one of those ball that conduct electricity so we could create a flow of static electricity (I can't remember the name of the ball).
Enrichment: We learned how to draw a self-portrait in art class.
HW:
Read out loud for 20 mins. record your stars!
Math: Green worksheet on solving word problems and making equations.
Find your October book. MUst be 150+ pages (more will give you extra credit).
