Small group: Read with Mrs. Aase's class, started talking about the comprehension strategy "Determining Importance."
We had computer's today (instead of Friday).
Math: Did a review for the test tomorrow.
Spelling: week #23 . The bonus words are Confederate and Union.
Class meeting: We had a conversation about how they feel about school. Overall, I saw that most of them are glad to be able to go to school but do not like to do the work. I don't blame them. I know that it is hard work but I told them that there are a lot of people in the world who would do anything to be in their chair. I think that we need to focus on gratitude a bit in our class. Maybe you can have a conversation about it with your child.
